去美国留学，本来不是一件容易的事，但也许它是频繁传播进入野鸡大学，被黑人留学中介坑等事件。我国每年赴美国留学以自费完全以学生留学为主的方法，进入正规大学的教育部认证的美国是根本。教育部近日发布了一份美国认证院校名单，帮助自费学生选择合适的留学学校，并加强对自费留学中介活动的监管。以下是经美国肯塔基州教育部认证的正规学院和大学的名单。

第一，美国高端教育的总体情况

根据美国宪法，各州政府负责各高等学校的注册和批准。

美国的学院和大学是公立和私立的。两年制或四年制实行小学制，两年制为工学院和社区学院。据统计，美国有36多所学院和大学。

美国高校的质量认证通常由专业认证机构进行。美国教育部认可的专业认证机构有6个区域性认证机构和近百个专业认证机构。联邦政府通过认证机构对机构进行间接监管。国家高等教育认证委员会CHEA是一个协调和审查认证机构的专业机构。通过认证地区认证协会或其他专业认证机构，高校可以实现学分转换，颁发的学位证书或证书可以得到社会的广泛认可。
